Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use. We currently use Toll, fastway and Australia Post to make our deliveries. Overseas accounts are welcome to use our FED EX , DHL and TNT courier services.

The Make-Up Foundation's  delivery documentation shall be the prima facie proof of the goods being in good order and of the quality and description stated therein and shall be evidence of receipt by the Customer regardless of the presence or absence of any representative of the Customer at the delivery site.

Leave at address: If requested we can request to leave your goods somewhere at your property should you not be at home. However, this is at the risk of the customer, should goods be ATL and go missing they will not be replaced.

Wrong address Supplied: Should you supply the wrong address and goods are returned back to us. The Make-Up Foundation will charge a second re-delivery fee to dispatch the returned goods for a second time.

Express Deliver: Please select this method of delivery should you require the goods quickly. Please ensure your address is within the express network . This can be checked on the Auspost website.

Signature on delivery: This can be requested with all orders for an extra $3.00.


If the terms of any Purchase Order from the Customer specifies that the goods are to be delivered by The Make-Up Foundation to the Customer, then: 

a) the Customer must provide adequate directions to enable The Make-Up Foundation or its agents or contractors to affect delivery; and

b) The will use reasonable endeavour to effect delivery within any time frame specified in the Purchase Order. We cannot guarantee any delivery estimates, if you require goods urgently by a particular date please call 07 3348 2999 and speak to one of our staff members prior to ordering.


 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer at the time of delivery.


Freight is calculated on your order once received. All freight charges are calculated at cost and are inclusive of GST. 

Freight charges apply for all orders.

No back orders will be held for later shipping unless otherwise approved.

Indent orders will be taken and managed to agreed delivery dates noted on the order documentation.

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates as our courier service is indpendant. we do not accept any responsibility for delays to your business that our courier delivery service may cause.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note we do not accept returns on Cosmetics unless they are faulty.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


9.1 To the extent permitted by law, The Make-Up Foundation is not obliged to accept any goods for return and credit which have been ordered by the Customer. Written notification within 7 days of delivery is required before goods are to be returned. Only goods that are in merchantable condition may be accepted as a return and cartage and handling fees, at The Make-Up Foundation's discretion, may reduce monies credited.
